Personal data collected
“Personal Data” is any information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements that are specific to him/her.
The Personal Data that can be collected by Data New Road during a communication on your behalf are the following : Last name, First name, professional or personal email, information contained in your CV and/or your cover letter, information contained in the “message” area of the contact form.
The data are collected via our contact forms or when you apply for a job.
Each form limits the collection of Personal Data to what is strictly necessary and indicates whether responses are optional or mandatory. If you do not wish to provide such information, you will not be able to access certain services or features.

Purposes of data collection
Data New Road collects your Personal Data for the following purposes only :
- To respond to your requests for contact and information regarding Data New Road’s services ;
- To respond to and process your applications to join Data New Road ;
- To manage the recruitment process for Data New Road employees.
Data New Road undertakes to collect Personal Data only for the precise, explicit and legitimate purposes mentioned above and not to process it in a manner incompatible with these purposes.
In accordance with the regulations in force, the processing of your Personal Data is recorded in the Data New Road register of processing activities.

In compliance with the purposes for which your Personal Data were initially collected or for which you have subsequently expressly consented, the information recorded may be communicated to the following recipients

- Google Inc. – Service Google Analytics -, USA
- Data New Road’s subcontractors within the framework of signed contracts (i) mentioning the obligations incumbent on them in terms of data security and confidentiality protection and (ii) specifying in particular the security objectives to be achieved.
Duration of data storage
Data New Road only retains your Personal Data for the time necessary to meet the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force.
Your Personal Data is thus stored for a period of three years as from their collection or after the last contact from your part.
Security of personal data
Data New Road is committed to protecting and securing the Personal Data you have chosen to provide and has taken the necessary physical, electronic and organizational safeguards to prevent any loss, misuse, damage, destruction or disclosure of your Personal Data.

In order to give users more freedom to decide how Google Analytics collects their data, Google has developed a desactivation add-on for browsers. This add-on tells the Google Analytics Javascript file (ga.js) that information about the visit to a website should not be sent to Google Analytics.
- Who use the cookie information?
The information contained in the cookies on the Website is used exclusively by Data New Road, with the exception of cookies set by third parties which are created by external entities to perform data extractions at Data New Road’s request to enhance your experience on the site.
